The Perfect First Home for Seeds & Cuttings

Sprout Starter is a light, biologically active seed-starting blend designed to promote strong germination, healthy root development, and smooth transplanting.

Made with coco coir, our slow-produced worm castings, biochar, vermiculite, and mycelium, this mix provides gentle moisture control and living biology — without synthetic fertilizers or peat-based shortcuts.

Ideal for seeds, microgreens, propagation, and young seedlings.

⭐ Why It Works

Gentle, Seed-Safe Nutrition
Our worm castings are produced over 6–9 months using clean food waste and wood chips. They provide mild, biologically available nutrients that support early root development without burning tender seedlings.

Balanced Moisture Retention
Coco coir and vermiculite hold moisture evenly while preventing waterlogging — creating ideal conditions for germination.

Living Root-Zone Biology
Mycelium helps establish beneficial microbial activity early, setting seedlings up for stronger transplant success.

Improved Aeration & Structure
Biochar enhances airflow and supports beneficial microbes while helping regulate nutrients as plants mature.

🌿 Ingredients

  • Coco Coir
  • Worm Castings (produced over 6–9 months using clean food waste & wood chips)
  • Biochar
  • Mycelium
  • Vermiculite

No synthetic fertilizers. No peat-based shortcuts. No fillers.

🛠 How To Use

Seed Starting (Cells or Trays)
Fill trays loosely with Sprout Starter. Lightly firm, plant seeds according to depth instructions, and mist or water gently.

Microgreens
Spread 1–2 inches of mix in shallow trays. Evenly distribute seeds and mist daily until harvest.

Cuttings & Propagation
Insert cuttings into pre-moistened mix and keep evenly damp until roots establish.

Transplanting
Once seedlings develop strong root systems, transplant into larger containers or garden beds using Root Revival or Garden Energizer.

🔄 Use It When You Notice

  • Poor germination rates
  • Damping off issues
  • Soil crusting or compaction
  • Uneven moisture retention
  • Weak early root growth

♻️ Made Locally in Small Batches

Our worm castings are produced slowly over 6–9 months using clean, high-quality inputs — not rushed through short production cycles. Every batch of Sprout Starter is mixed locally to ensure consistent texture, moisture balance, and living soil performance.

Because strong plants start with strong roots.
